Calorie Diet


 Calorie Diet Biography
Can someone please help me? I am looking to lose about 50lbs in about 5 months. With the research I did I believe a 1200 calorie diet is what I need to do with exercise. I am 190lbs 5'3 and 29 years old. Can someone advise how many calories I need to take in and how many I need to burn? Also any advise on the best way to track intake of calories and the amount you burn? (iPhone app or a calorie tracking watch). Lastly, what should I be eating. The worst thing I do is not eat all day. If someone could breakdown what I should be eating and how often I would appreciate it. Also, what kind of exercise should I be doing? There seem to be many well informed ppl in this forum so please anyone that has had success in a large amount of weight loss I would appreciate ur input. Thanks!!
